Well, here we are, one year since our last newsletter. Who knew that time could pass so quickly and so slowly at the same time? So much has happened since last year; I would love to catch you up.
Celebrating 20 Years at Corbett Family Chiropractic
Last year we quietly celebrated our 20th anniversary of opening Corbett Family Chiropractic. It has been an honour to be part of this beautiful community for more than 20 years. Downtown Burlington has grown and developed in ways that we could never have imagined.
Our world around us has also changed. I hope we are now on a path of learning and healing with those around us.
We continue to thank you and are glad that you have chosen Corbett Family Chiropractic as part of your healthcare team.
COVID Guidelines for Entering the Office
Please note that as you are entering the clinic for medical/health reasons, we do not require proof of vaccination. The office continues to operate with very high sanitizing protocols and public health measures in place.
If, for some reason, you are not feeling well enough to come to your appointment, be sure to get in touch with us immediately. We would be more than happy to reschedule your treatment.
We would like you to know that entry into the office is prohibited if:
- You are awaiting the results of a recent COVID test
- Had contact with a positive COVID case without appropriate PPE (personal protective equipment)
- Had a positive COVID test (please wait at least 14 days or until your symptoms have resolved before re-booking)
- Have/had a fever or sore throat without other known cause (e.g., infection or acid reflux)
When you arrive at the office, the door will be locked until your appointment time. Someone will unlock the door to allow you to enter. For this reason, please try not to arrive too early as the waiting room is currently not in use.
Masks are required to enter the office and for use in common areas. If there is a medical reason that you cannot wear a mask, please let us know.
Currently, online appointment booking has been disabled; however, please keep an eye on our website for updates and changes. We are transitioning to new office software, and thank you ahead of time for your patience during this time.
As we head through autumn towards winter, let us continue to utilize good hand hygiene and keep ourselves and those around us healthy.
Happy Thanksgiving,
Jim Corbett, D.C.
