Your Pelvic Health
Pelvic Health is an all-inclusive term that includes the wellness of pelvic floor muscles and associated body structures. Much like any other muscle or system in the body, when there is dysfunction, tightness or weakness, individuals can experience pain, bladder and bowel symptoms, or a combination of both. Physiotherapy can help resolve these issues. Learn more about Pelvic Health and Physiotherapy.
