The benefits of massage therapy do not stop at relaxation, it helps decrease the delayed onset muscle soreness that is experienced after intense exercise, helps with sport recovery and injuries, improves your overall sense of well-being, decreases the effects of repetitive strain injuries and helps with the management of a multitude of chronic conditions.
Lindsay recognizes that no two people have the same genetic make up, live the same lifestyles or have the same contributing factors to their health, therefore she strives to tailor her treatment plans to each individual client, in order to achieve desired effects.
